I’m in PA, and i was wondering if there were any good colleges where i could go to become an art teacher, with art education courses. Was looking for a site geared specifically for show casing art pieces of any kind and for selling them. Like an online portfolio with more organized networking. I am really into urban and graffiti art and local indie music. I would love to see the art music scene on my first trip to NY. It is pri,arily the reason i want to visit. You are an admirer of fine arts. Do you collect handicraft, paintings or sculptures or any other artworks just to get an undefined satisfaction or as an investment too? Well, art as an investment has become popular in the recent past. However, there are supporters as well as opponents of the trend who give arguments [...] I have applied to a few art and design courses at university to do fashion and textiles, i was just wondering if anybody knew in general what an art portfolio should consist of…and what should not be included? I really want to get into a good art school with good oppertunities in all types of art. What credits would I need to get into a good art school? And also, what are some of the best art colleges? My main focus is some sort of art major. I say liberal arts, though, because I’m also interested in taking creative writing, psychology, philosophy, etc. It doesn’t necessarily have to be a liberal arts college, but it must have a good art program.
